Congratulations to our Passenger Service Officer, Xiping Wang, who received recognition from his manager and our customer for going above and beyond to assist passengers. Xiping assisted a large group of Mandarin speaking passengers whose flight was cancelled.
The passengers were struggling to understand the information that was being provided to them by airline staff regarding hotel accommodation and taxi charge details.
Xiping helped translate and organised the arrangements with the large group. Both the passengers and airline staff were very grateful for Xiping’s assistance.
