SuperSTAR Program

We recognise and reward the achievements of our employees through our SuperSTAR employee recognition program.

The SuperSTAR of the Month is determined by Star’s judging panel with the SuperSTAR being presented with a trophy, certificate and $ gift card. Each month a further 2 employees are awarded as runner ups, presented with a certificate and a $ gift card. At the end of the calendar year, Star’s CEO reviews all 11 SuperSTAR winners to select the ‘SuperSTAR of the Year’, who is awarded with an an all-expenses-paid international holiday for two!
