SuperSTAR

Star recognises and rewards the achievements of our employees through our SuperSTAR employee recognition program.

Star welcomes all suppliers, customers and passengers who recognise a star employee who has gone above and beyond in their line of work for their chance to be awarded SuperSTAR of the month or be one of two runner ups.

The SuperSTAR of the Month is determined by Star’s Judging Panel with the SuperSTAR being presented with a trophy and both SuperSTAR and runner ups being awarded with a $ gift card.

At the end of the year, all 11 SuperSTAR winners go into the running to win ‘SuperSTAR of the Year’, winning an all-expenses-paid international holiday for two!
