Narelle joined the Star family in August 2018 as a Passenger Service Officer. Since joining the team, Narelle has continuously displayed her excellent customer service, teamwork and caring nature. In March 2019, Narelle was promoted as a Passenger Service Manager.
Throughout this role, Narelle displayed her ability to multi-task, problem solve and lead her team confidently. As a result of Narelle’s hard work and dedication to the operation of Passenger Reduced Mobility services, she was promoted to Star’s 2ic Duty Manager in July 2019.
