A Local’s Guide to Albury
Albury is located in southern New South Wales next to Australia’s largest river: The Murray River.
Currently with a population of 52,000, Albury offers visitors urban life adventures in a beautiful country setting.
Albury is a community based and family orientated area, rich in history. Star Aviation’s Airport Manager lexi Schlotz says she loves her home town Albury, were she now raises her own family.

The Abury team agree the best place to visit when exploring Albury is the Murray River. Lexi also loves to take her children to Oddie’s Creek Adventure Playspace where there is plenty of attractions such as flying foxes, sand pits, climbing frames and BBQ facilities.
Shellene Morris, Star Aviation Customer Service Officer, says Albury offers the community a variety of music festival opportunities due to Albury’s close proximity to Melbourne.
