With our recent announcement that Star Aviation will be conducting ground handling services for the Gold Coast Commonwealth Games (GOLDOC), we are proud to announce that our employee, Adam Phillips, will be representing Emerald in the Queen’s Baton Relay.
The Queen’s Baton Relay celebrates the Commonwealth’s diversity and brings together nations to enjoy friendly competition. Starting on 13 March
2017 at Buckingham Palace, the Baton will travel on an epic 388-day journey through all nations and territories of the Commonwealth.
Adam will commence his race today, the 22nd of March, in Emerald. We wish him all the best with his journey and can not wait to cheer him on!
We are also excited to commence our services for GOLDOC this Sunday 25th of April. Get in the spirit of Australia’s largest sporting event and say hi to our teams.
