Congratulations to our Passenger Service Officer Steven Spinks for receiving a customer compliment! Steven was acknowledged for going above and beyond to assist a First Class passenger.
“I just wanted to pass on how wonderful Steven was with helping me with a First Class passenger on an arrival. The First Class passenger had not booked a wheelchair service and I was not aware of the request until the doors opened. Steven straight away offered to help me by pushing the passenger. Steven’s friendliness and understanding of a First Class passenger was really outstanding. I just wanted to say a huge thank you for his help and wonderful service.”
